"I’m a native of Moss Point, a small town much like Saluda on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I married a native North Carolinian, Nate, and we have lived here since early 1981 after coming to work in our family’s basket business. I have been a familiar face on Main Street
in Saluda ever since. I earned my real estate license in June of 1990 and have concentrated my practice within the township and city limits of Saluda since then. Being both a business person and a neighbor in Saluda for the past 27 years has provided me with abundant experience and knowledge of this area’s real estate industry. That experience paired with my dedication to serving our community has earned me the respect of my friends, neighbors, family and colleagues alike."
Tonya Staufer brings thirty years of experience in the real estate industry to Mountain Life Realty. Licensed in three states, she’s enjoyed a varied background as Director of Sales and Marketing for real estate developers, as a consultant for new project development, and as an On-site Sales Manager, to currently focusing on investment properties and general real estate brokerage here in Saluda. Whether it’s helping a buyer find that little piece of heaven, or assisting a seller in reaching their real estate goals, Tonya delivers a high level of service and care that her clients deserve.
Barbara Thomas moved to North Carolina eight years ago bringing vast business experience in the advertising industry with her. She decided to apply her management, problem-solving and negotiating skills to launch a real estate career. Barbara provides her clients and customers with top quality service, being completely committed to integrity and honesty when advising them. She strives to raise the bar of service for all of her clients.
